Trucking on

Marvin continues to work with his physical therapist for range of motion and muscle strength. He also continues to work on eating solid foods with a new Medication (Compozine). The nausea is recurrent and we struggle to find other answers and alternatives that may help to solve this issue.
Plans are underway for renovating the house to accomadate his wheelchair and to provide some form of water therapy. We are currently accepting bids for the project.
Thank you for your continued support as we strive to make these accomadations for his arrival on Thanksgiving.

I hope someone can delete the crass email above.
But aside from that.... I hope the new medication is effective. You are in our thoughts and prayers daily.

Dear Cathie and Marvin! 10/27 7:30p
Greetings from Rachel and Sheryl. Finally I'm back at a computer with internet access and have so much to print off for Mom to see. She'll be thrilled with all the news and pictures of an upright Marvin. Keep being so brave, you two. Indeed the joy of the Lord is your strength. We so look forward to seeing you in person.
Want to know what Mom was doing 60 yrs ago today? Giving birth to my sister at the naval hospital in Atlanta. She may claim Minnesota as home, yet indeed she's a Georgia peach. Dad insisted they name their baby girl "Lauren." The name was rare then except for the movie star. Her middle name is "Victoria" after our maternal grandmother's, and mine is "May" after our paternal grandmother's middle name. Lauren sent Mom a beautiful bouquet today and thanked her for being there on October 27, 1945. The years sure go by quickly. Nov. 12 will be two years that Dad has been gone. You'll be pleased to see how well Mom is looking, Marvin. See you soon. Blessings, Sheryl
